Shipping+Returns+Sizing

Shipping: All the items at Orange Lily Designs are custom made per order.  TAT (turn around time) is approximately 2-3 weeks.  It will be listed on each item if different.  We ship only domestic through USPS First Class Mail with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Once a shipment is sent you will receive a tracking number via email.

Orange Lily Designs is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items after leaving my shop.

 Returns/Cancellations: All products are made to order.  If something came to you damaged, please feel free to contact me as I'm more then willing to work with you.  I do a thorough quaility check before each item leaves the shop. It is the customers responsiblility to look at the measurements and order accordingly.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately within 3-4 days. Refunds may take up to 5 business days and are made via paypal.
